NEW SURVEY SHOWS JIMI WANJIGI IS THE 2ND MOST POPULAR MT. KENYA LEADER, AFTER PRESIDENT UHURU

A new survey done by TransAllied Africa Statistics and conducted between the 6th-17th of August after polling 16,222 registered voters from the counties of Mount Kenya (margin of error 2.9 percentage points) showed that President Uhuru Kenyatta is the most popular leader from mount Kenya region with a national popularity of 78%. The president is followed by Businessman Jimi Wanjigi at 53%, Martha Karua 31%, Moses Kuria 30%, Speaker JB Muturi 17%, Anne Waiguru 10%, Kimani Ichungwa 9%, Peter Kenneth 9%, Ndindi Nyoro 7%, Wa Iria 3%, Waititu 1%.
